On Pump. Its creator fees pay the clippers every window. There's no presale and no team tokens.

How CLIPTHAT works, start to payout.
No dev allocation
Creator fees never touch the launcher's wallet. The coin's creator on pump.fun is its Pot.
Everything on-chain
Fee claims into the Pot and every payout out of it are ordinary Solana transactions.
Public counts
Every window publishes each clip's raw views, cut views and final share as a CSV.
24h dispute window
Flag a wrong count before any money moves. Payouts wait for every flag to be resolved.
How do I get paid?
In SOL, straight to your Solana wallet. When a window closes and its dispute period clears, your share of the Pot goes to the wallet for the @handle you posted from. Put your address in your X bio or the clip's post, or sign in with X here and link one. If there's no wallet yet, your payout waits for your @handle and goes out on the next run after you add one.
Can someone else put their wallet on my clip?
No. We only read an address from your own bio or your own post, and only you can write those. A wallet you link by signing in beats both. Coin contract addresses are ignored, and anything that isn't a plain wallet is never paid.
What does "ticker in the post" mean?
Your clip only counts if the coin's $TICKER is written in the post text, like $VOD. If the launcher set a tag rule, tag that account too. It has to be a native video on X, posted after the coin launched and inside the current window.
How are winners picked?
By counted views, nothing else. Top 1 is winner takes all. With Top 10, 25, 50 or 100 the Pot splits pro rata and nobody takes more than 15% of a split. Anything over the cap rolls down the board. If there aren't enough clippers to hand out the whole Pot at 15% each, the rest carries to the next window.
Can I buy views or use bots?
Views get a trust score. Sudden bursts with no engagement are cut. Big view counts with almost no likes, replies or reposts count at a fraction. Brand-new or follower-less accounts count at half. Reuploads of someone else's clip score zero. Every cut is in the public CSV.
Where does the Pot come from?
Coins launch on pump.fun, which pays a creator fee on every trade. The coin's creator is its Pot address, not the launcher, so that fee goes on-chain to the Pot. It keeps flowing after the coin graduates to PumpSwap. pump.fun sets the rate (0.30% of volume right now) and charges its own protocol fee separately.
Does the launcher get the fees?
No. Launchers earn by holding their coin or by clipping it on the same board as everyone else.
What about X Money?
X hasn't opened an API that lets apps send money to X Money accounts, so payouts are SOL for now.
Who controls the Pot?
Each Pot is a Solana address whose key is held by the payout service. It signs only two things: pulling fees into the Pot and sending window payouts. Both are public on-chain.
